Team fortress 2 is Free to play

That is, you can now just download the game for free and play. Just fire up steam and download. Hats aren't free, but hats don't cost $20 - $69 and its just hats.

    I think those who already had the game get a free hat + gun. Cause I suddenly got those along with my portal 2 badge.

    I really don't play this game enough.
